Physical Conditioning: Implement age-appropriate strength and conditioning programs to build endurance, agility, and overall physical fitness.
Injury Prevention: Teach proper warm-up routines and emphasize the importance of injury prevention through stretching and proper technique.

Focus and Concentration: Help young players develop mental discipline, concentration, and focus. Teach them to stay composed under pressure and to visualize success.
